I believe it could be constructive for agencies that get a large number of quote requests from small companies, those who have high expectations but no budget, that are likely to go for huge guarantees from scammers. The area I used to work approximately 4 years ago may ask for prices then choose a provider of ‘Guaranteed first vicinity on Google for £50 per 30 days’. some would contact us once again a few months later asserting our warnings were correct, but others may just keep getting ripped off like that.
